We invite registered guests to join us for a complimentary yoga class. Running the Boston Marathon? This will be a great opportunity to bring your nervous system into “rest and digest” mode where healing work occurs at the cellular level. This class provides a meditative experience from start to finish.
No experience required. Yoga mats provided.
